Terms of Service
Effective September 4, 2026
These Terms govern use of Amarion Leasing, operated by Amarion Incorporated LLC, 413 N Grant Ave, Odessa, Texas 79761. Contact: [email protected].
Service, eligibility, and accounts
Amarion Leasing provides property, lease, rent-payment, maintenance, and communication tools. You must be at least 18 years old to use Amarion Leasing. Managers may create accounts only for individuals they reasonably believe are 18 or older. Users must provide accurate information, protect their credentials, promptly report unauthorized access, and use only accounts and records they are authorized to access.
Rent payments
Rent payments are processed by Stripe as direct charges to the Stripe account of the applicable property-owning LLC, which is the merchant of record. Amarion Leasing does not store full card or bank details. A payment is not credited until Stripe confirms it and Amarion Leasing records it as paid. Processing delays, declines, disputes, refunds, and bank timing can affect status.
These Terms do not replace or amend a renter’s lease. Amounts, due dates, late fees, deposits, refunds, and other tenancy obligations are governed by the applicable lease and law. If the application conflicts with the lease, the lease controls except where prohibited by law.
Maintenance and communications
Users must submit accurate maintenance information and avoid uploading unlawful, unnecessary, or highly sensitive content. Transactional emails may include account invitations, security information, and service notices.
Acceptable use
Users may not access another person’s records, bypass security, disrupt the service, upload malicious material, misuse payment functionality, impersonate another person, or use the service unlawfully.
Availability and disclaimers
We aim to provide a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service is provided subject to applicable warranties that cannot legally be excluded. Amarion Leasing is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice.
Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended or terminated for security risks, unlawful activity, material breach, nonpayment where applicable, or when required by law. Records may be retained as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable lease or legal requirements.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by Texas law, subject to mandatory tenant-protection and other applicable laws.
