Privacy Policy

Information we process

We process information needed to manage properties, leases, rent payments, maintenance, and user access, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, property and room assignments, lease dates and rent amounts, payment status and Stripe transaction identifiers, maintenance reports and communications, and account and security records. Payment-card and bank-account details are collected by Stripe and are not stored by Amarion Leasing.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the service; administer accounts, leases, and payment records; process rent through the applicable property-owning LLC’s Stripe account; send transactional messages; manage maintenance; prevent fraud and abuse; troubleshoot reliability; comply with law; and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as reasonably necessary to providers supporting the application, including Stripe for payments and connected-account services, Resend for transactional email, Cloudflare for secure web delivery, hosting, database and backup providers, and professional advisers or authorities when legally required. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising.

Retention and security

We retain payment-history records for seven years after the later of the payment date or termination of the applicable lease. We may retain them longer when required by law. Former-user profiles, maintenance records and photos, communications, and other non-payment records are generally deleted or de-identified within three months after the later of account closure or the end of the applicable tenancy or service relationship. We may retain records longer when required by law, needed for a legal claim, subject to a legal hold, or temporarily present in secure backups awaiting normal deletion.

We use access controls, encrypted web transport, password hashing, signed sessions, Stripe-hosted payment collection, monitoring, and backups. No system is completely secure.

Privacy choices

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or a copy of personal information, or appeal a privacy-request decision, by emailing [email protected]. Amarion will verify the request before acting and may retain information when legally permitted or required.

Age eligibility and changes

Amarion Leasing is only for people who are at least 18 years old. Managers may create accounts only for individuals they reasonably believe are 18 or older. We may update this policy and will post the revised effective date.
